It is constructed by the Portuguese back in the year 1717, this mesmerizing fortress has gained a lot of popularity after the blockbuster Bollywood movie ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ was shot here. St Anthony’s Church, Siolim
St Anthony is one of the most popular saints among Goa’s Catholics. In Goa, the feast of St Anthony is celebrated in all the churches on June 13, and is especially grand in Siolim. On the feast day, many families also sing a ladainha, which is an annual practice. It is said that if anyone is seeking a life partner, and prays the trezena of St Anthony, they are sure to find a partner. It is in a radius of 6 Km from our property.
St. Michael's Church, Anjuna
St. Michael's Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located in Anjuna, Goa state, India. It is one of the oldest churches still standing in Goa. The Anjuna church is dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel. It is also known as ‘Sao Miguel Arcanjo Igreja em Anjuna, Goa. It is located within a walking distance from our property.
Shiva Face, Ozran Beach
Shiva Face is a beautiful stone carving section. It is located on the beach named as Ozran Beach (Also known as little Vagator beach). It was carved by Italian sculptor/artist Giuseppe Antonio Caroli. He was inspired by Lord Shiva and wanted to create a tribute on the beach. The sculpture is fading away slowly as it is in the position of high tide. Sand and water sometimes covers it completely! Its in a radius of just 1 Km from our property.
The Saturday Night Market
The Saturday Night Market is located at Arpora in North Goa. it remain open every Saturday between 4 PM till mid night between November to April. This is a great place not just for shopping, but also for feeling the Goa ambience. There is live music, bars, and restaurants serving local delicacies. The music is turned loud, so that everyone on the beach knows where it’s coming from. It is just 8 Km away from our property.
Dear Zindagi Road
The lush green fields on the adjacent side of the road, the palm trees arrayed along the entire stretch, and the carpets of green grass is the perfect getaway to nature. The famous Parra Road in Goa has always been in news after Bollywood's Dear Zindagi was shot on the location. It is just in a radius of 5 Km away from our property.
